Your Role 
As part of the Global Pricing Team, you will help shape strategies that drive profitable growth, strengthen market position, and support decision-making across different countries. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Vendor Management, and senior leadership to transform data into actionable recommendations and ensure pricing is fully aligned with business strategy. 

Key Responsibilities 

Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and internal performance to identify revenue opportunities and optimize pricing strategies. 

Design, automate, and maintain analytical tools and dashboards that provide clear visibility into pricing performance and market dynamics. 

Work with large, complex datasets across multiple platforms (e.g., Databricks, BigQuery, Looker), ensuring data quality, consistency, and scalability of reporting. 

Translate complex data and statistical modeling (e.g., regression, elasticity, scenario analysis) into concise, actionable insights that influence commercial decisions. 

Drive process improvements that reduce manual effort, streamline workflows, and increase efficiency across the organization. 

Build capability by providing stakeholders with training and insights to improve their understanding and use of pricing data.

You combine strong analytical and coding skills with a strategic mindset. You are experienced in handling and transforming large datasets, building automated workflows, and applying advanced analytical techniques. Beyond the technical expertise, you are an effective communicator who can influence diverse stakeholders and connect pricing decisions directly to business outcomes. 

 

Job Qualifications 

Education & Training 

Master degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Business or Economics). An MBA or PhD will be valued. 

Technical & Analytical Skills 

Strong expertise in data analysis, statistical modeling, and applied quantitative methods (e.g., regression, clustering, elasticity modeling, forecasting). 

Hands-on experience with machine learning and data mining techniques, applied to pricing problems. 

Proven ability to work with large, complex datasets: cleaning, aggregating, transforming, and ensuring data quality across varied sources. 

Advanced proficiency in SQL and BigQuery for large-scale data processing; experience with ETL pipelines, automation, and data engineering for analytics. 

Skilled in developing and maintaining scalable pricing tools, dashboards, and frameworks that deliver actionable insights across regions. 

Subject matter expertise in price optimization, revenue management, profitability analysis, and scenario modeling. 

Ability to translate analytical findings into pricing strategies that drive measurable business outcomes. 

Track record of designing and testing innovative approaches to pricing, identifying opportunities through data-driven insights. 

Other Competencies 

Strong problem-solving mindset: able to break down complex business challenges into structured analytical approaches. 

Ability to evaluate current methods and processes, recommend improvements, and implement data-driven solutions. 

High attention to detail with strong data validation and accuracy standards. 

Demonstrated ownership of projects from data exploration through strategy development and implementation.
