Data Analyst (Oracle Item Orderability and RADB)

The Data Analyst is accountable for development, implementation, ongoing maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Oracle Orderability and RADB process and procedures. The position should align with the Global, Regional, and Divisional Regulatory Teams to ensure total compliance of distributed goods to country specific regulatory requirements. The role defines and applies the Oracle system rules necessary to match the guidance provided from the Regulatory Teams. The manager will assign additional responsibilities as required.

RADB/Item Orderability

Function as Subject Matter Expert for Item Orderability and RADB.Document and keep updated current controls necessary to maintain or ensure regulatory compliance based on input provided by RA.Analysis needs while working directly with US and Intl. Regulatory and Labeling counterparts to understand pending changes and future changes, recommending and implementing processes within Oracle to fulfill requirements.Function as SME for all current/on-going and future projects that are related to regulatory changes.DESIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not requiredExperience creating processes, training materials and leading implementationsExperience analyzing and synchronizing dataStrong oral and written communication skills and effective people skills.Ability to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (SharePoint, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, etc.) is required.Ability to communicate well with all levels of management
