Kforce has a client in North Quincy, MA that is seeking a Data Analyst - Operational Risk Management to support the expansion of its data infrastructure and analytics capabilities. This role will focus on automating manual reporting processes, developing dashboards, and contributing to long-term AI and portal initiatives. This role will work 4 days a week onsite in the Boston/Quincy/Burlington area. Responsibilities: * Automate and streamline manual reporting workflows * Develop and maintain dashboards to support risk management insights * Collaborate with stakeholders to translate operational risk data into engineering requirements * Support the buildout of a centralized data infrastructure using Databricks * Contribute to the design and development of a role-based reporting portal * Work with ORM data programs, particularly Archer, to manage and analyze risk data (e.g., losses, KRIs)
