Data Analyst-Journeyman with active TS/SCI Poly

Leidos is seeking a Journeyman Data Analyst to support an Intelligence Community (IC) program in Bethesda, MD. An Active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required to be considered for this position.  The candidate will support Government staff in the following:

Responsibilities Include:

Work with teams of data and system engineers to design, develop, build, analyze, and evaluate data management systems to include database modeling and design, relational database architecture, metadata and repository creation and configuration management.

Use data mapping, data mining and data transformational analysis tools to design and develop data repositories.

Integrate disparate raw data from across the federated enterprise using any supported variation of the Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) process.

Analyze enterprise level Services of Common Concern to determine gaps, opportunities, and trends to improve enterprise services.

Design, build and maintain data visualization dashboards, reports, and other products to suit client needs.

Provide data analytic support to design and execute surveys, data calls, and other data gathering processes across a federated network enterprise.

Ability to clearly communicate technical or analytic findings in an easily understood narrative via graphical, written, and verbal formats.

Use statistical methods, machine learning, natural language processing, large language models, and pattern recognition to identify insights and trends.

Design and build intuitive dashboards and visualizations to convey analytical outcomes.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree and 4-8 years of data analysis experience, a Master's degree and 2-6 years of data analysis experience, or no degree with 10+ years of experience

Requires visualization and trend analysis experience.

Requires the ability to elicit information from a broad user base and provide applicable analytic mythologies to provide actionable insights.

Proficiency with multiple data analytic tools like Access, Excel, Python, R, SQL, VBA.

Proficiency in visualizing and presenting data using platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent

Requires demonstrated ability with data analysis, data engineering, and data enrichment

Clearance Required up front (no exceptions): Must have TS/SCI with Polygraph.

Preferred Qualifications:

5 years’ experience within the Intelligence Community

Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence

Experience developing, deploying, and managing applications in a cloud environment.

Pay Range:Pay Range $72,150.00 - $130,425.00
