Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Analyst IV to join a large healthcare clients team. This person will be focusing heavily on SQL querying and business acumen, with a strong emphasis on the revenue cycle. The role involves working extensively with SQL, including writing queries in SSMS, and utilizing Alteryx as an ETL tool. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of reporting tasks, including KPI, AR, and cash reporting, covering the full revenue cycle. This position requires self-initiated analysis, where the analyst will select projects, dig into data, and own their hospital system client from end to end. The role includes managing 7-10 dashboards, handling new projects, and presenting and communicating at the CFO level, necessitating excellent interpersonal skills. The candidate will ensure reports are updated properly, enhance existing dashboards, and manage new ones. The work environment is not agile, with tasks in the backlog and workflow fixes. The typical day involves 30-40% standard reporting and QA, 30-40% ad hoc tasks, and 20% internal and external management meetings.
