Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst II to join our growing People Analytics team. This role will be instrumental in transforming workforce data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making across the organization. You will partner with HR and cross-functional teams to develop data-driven solutions that enhance employee experience, optimize talent strategies, and support a high-performing, inclusive culture.This will include building and maintaining dashboards, regular metric reporting, and special analytics projects. You are joining the team at an exciting time and will be instrumental in helping drive the People Analytics function.Major Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define KPIs, and translate business needs into analytical solutions.Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support HR and business leaders with timely insights.Build and maintain standardized enterprise reporting using R or Python.Create and maintain process documentation and other resources to create a shared understanding across the enterprise.Contribute to the development of a data-driven culture by promoting best practices in data visualization, storytelling, and self-service analytics.Ensure data integrity and quality through regular audits, validation processes, and documentation.Analyze datasets to uncover trends and opportunities in areas such as talent acquisition, retention, DEI, performance, and engagement.Partner with IT and HRIS teams to enhance data infrastructure and governance.Qualifications:
University degree (or equivalent experience) with 3–5 years of experience in data analytics, preferably in HR or people analytics.Proficiency in Power BI or similar data visualization tools.Process improvement mindset with the desire to conduct root cause analysis and make strategic recommendations.Proficiency with R or Python for data wrangling and statistical analysis.Experience with HR systems (e.g., Workday) is a plus.Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a passion for continuous improvement.Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear and compelling way.Ability to work independently on multiple projects.Preferences:
