Job Description Responsibilities Acquisition of new issues priced on Euromarket and Italian markets External contacts with lead managers/bookrunners/paying agent/calculation agents in order to create and increase contacts Checking of daily batches Checking of the data entered and uploaded in the database Checking of new issues, coupons and bonds Checking, monitoring and management of Users messages, downloading, requests Dynamic Management of bonds future changes (increases, corporate action, redemption) Management and checking of different Stock Exchanges: quotations and cancellations Management of foreign Euromarket bonds and Italian domestic bonds Management of foreign Government’s bonds: acquisitions and variations Management of Italian domestic Government’s bonds: acquisitions and variations. Management of Italian Municipal bonds (BOC-BOR-BOP) Management of Italian domestic shares: acquisitions and variations, dividends, corporate action, standardized and/or customized text notes for Italians clients Italian financial transaction tax (FTT) Management of Italian domestic derivatives: acquisitions and variations Management of Italian traditional warrants: acquisitions and variations Management of all Italians issuers listed on Italian markets: acquisitions, variations, OPA, OPV, corporate actions Checking, monitoring and management of Banca D’Italia codes Users help desk (sms, servicenow, emails and by phone) Automatic entry and checking of coupons Automatic / manual entry of Euro TLX and Italian Stock Exchange quotations. Implementation of customized factsheets for Italian clients Data research for the implementation of live/scheletal bonds Request for documentation on bonds Request and gathering of data on new issues/bonds Analysis and checking for Unicredit factsheets (sales restrictions) Checking and updating financial instruments for SPPI test (IFRS9) Analysis of info from Gazzetta Ufficiale Study and analysis of new laws and regulations (target market, priips, tlac/mrel, Consob complexity, Italian taxation)
