Data Analyst (Finance Programs) Job ID 222652 Posted 05-Jun-2025 Service line GWS Segment Role type Full-time Areas of Interest Data & Analytics Location(s) Warsaw - Mazowieckie - Poland **Data migration specialist leads a key role focusing on analyzing, cleansing, migrating, and optimizing data to support ERP implementation process. Support the technology teams in the migration process, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.** **What You Will Do:** • Collect, document, and verify data requirements and specifications. • Support migration processes related to ERP records, ensuring data integrity and accuracy. • Collaborate with finance teams to identify critical data points for PeopleSoft ERP financial modules (e.g., General Ledger, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables). • Develop data mapping documents to define how data from legacy systems will translate to the ERP system. • Standardize and transform data to match the structure of the target operating model. • Assist in extraction, cleansing, and migration of data from legacy systems into the target ERP system. • Validate the completeness and accuracy of migrated data, ensuring no loss or corruption. • Collaborate with the technical team to test and debug data migration scripts or processes. • Perform data cleansing activities to address inconsistencies, duplicates, or missing values. • Develop and implement data validation scenarios, scripts, or reports to ensure data integrity. • Create/review test scenarios, scripts, and test plans; execute them. • Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making during the implementation phase. • Serve as an interface between technical teams and clients/users. • Assist stakeholders in understanding key financial data trends and variances during the system transition. • Ensure compliance with audit trails and controls throughout the migration process. **What You Will Need:** • Bachelor's degree Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field (advanced degree optional). • Minimum 3 years of related experience with demonstrable project experience in data mapping and migration. • Experience as a data analyst on ERP implementation projects, with familiarity in ERP systems such as SAP, Dynamics, iScala, PeopleSoft, and Coupa. • Minimum of 2 complete project cycles of hands-on experience in data mapping, extraction, transformation, and migration. • Knowledge of reporting and visualization platforms like Power BI and advanced Excel skills (including macros and data modeling). • Proficiency in SQL and database management, with experience in relational databases (e.g., MySQL or MS SQL Server). • Familiarity with ETL tools like Alteryx is a plus. • Basic understanding of financial operations, including General Ledger, Accounts Payables, and Accounts Receivables reporting, as well as knowledge of compliance standards such as SOX, GAAP, IFRS, and/or GDPR. • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. **What We Offer:** • A remote role (from Poland). • Fixed term contract for 12 months (with possibility of extension). • Employee recognition programs and a commitment to career progression. • The opportunity to work with an interesting international client in a dynamic, fast-growing company. • A benefits package including private medical care, co-participation in a sports card, and facilitation of life insurance.
