Job Role: Data Analyst
Key Responsibility Areas (KRA) for a Data Analyst
1. Data Collection and Management
Design and implement surveys, questionnaires, and tools for rural data collection.
Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and timeliness in collaboration with field teams.
Develop and maintain a centralized database for rural development metrics, including socioeconomic, agricultural data.
2. Data Analysis and Insights
Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and key areas for intervention in rural communities.
Evaluate program outcomes and effectiveness using statistical methods and predictive modeling.
Prepare analytical reports to guide decision-making and policy formulation.
3. Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E)
Develop indicators and frameworks to monitor and evaluate rural development programs.
Support real-time tracking of project progress and outcomes.
Generate performance dashboards for stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
4. Technology and Tool Utilization
Leverage GIS tools to map rural infrastructure and resources.
Use software like Excel, Power BI, or other advanced data visualization.
Implement machine learning models for predictive analysis where applicable.
