The **Data Analyst** performs data analysis to support cyber terrain mapping and mission risk assessments.
**Responsibilities**
+ Conducting terrain mapping, identifying critical assets, and updating the Mission Assurance Decision Support System.
+ Provide Situational Awareness and Mission Analysis, encompassing mission mapping, decomposition, cyberspace terrain mapping, data capture, and iterative assessments.
+ Monitor and respond to cybersecurity incidents, utilizing tools like SIEM.
+ Ensure cybersecurity strategies and implementations comply with industry standards and regulatory frameworks such as NIST RMF, NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF), IEC 62443, and NERC CIP.
+ Develop a knowledge management plan to capture data and deliver business intelligence and data analysis across all functions.
+ Collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including engineering, operations teams, leadership, and potentially external partners, communicating complex technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
+ Stay updated on emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and best practices in cybersecurity.
+ Develop and deliver training programs and contribute to the development of cybersecurity strategies and policies.
+ Develop product roadmaps
+ Review and evaluate work done by development team to ensure proper scope has been met
+ Participate in product and software lifecycles, particularly those dealing with backlog refinement and road mapping, release planning, sprint planning, and sprint review
+ Other duties as assigned.
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, IT, or business-related programs
+ 3+ years of experience in data analysis
+ 3+ Experience in Python, Power BI, SQL required
+ Agile Scrum Certifications desired
+ Cybersecurity certifications like CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional), CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor), or CISM (Certified Information Security Manager) are desired
+ Must have active Top Secret with SCI eligibility.
**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:**
+ Experience working in an Agile environment
+ Experience with cloud platforms like Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, etc. and migrating customers/projects to the cloud
+ Experience working in Unix/Linux environment
+ Experience working in cloud infrastructures
+ Must have high proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite and possess advanced skills and knowledge in programs like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
+ Must have understanding of cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP, Oracle) and hybrid cloud environments
+ Experience with relational databases and knowledge of query tools and/or BI tools like Power BI or Business Objects (BO) and data analysis tools.
+ Experience with Atlassian suite of tools such as Jira and Confluence.
+ Experience extracting, transforming, and structuring data to support both exploratory analytics and operational reporting.
+ Strong creative and visual storytelling skills with an eye for design, usability, and user experience.
+ Use expert knowledge of data visualization tools to deliver information that allows client users to quickly understand data, ask better questions, and take action.
+ Possess knowledge and experience with data analysis and data technical expertise in data management, engineering, and science.
+ Skillful time management and organizational skills to set and meet deadlines.
+ Ability to work both independently and within a team.
+ Ability to work effectively in a team environment to encourage collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
+ Ability to meet minimum clearance requirements.
+ Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
+ Ability to travel up to 10%.
