The Massachusetts State Lottery Commission (MSLC) is seeking a highly motivated, entry-level Data Analyst to join our Data Analytics team. The team is composed of report developers, database administrators, business analysts, and project managers. We are looking for someone passionate about data, statistical analysis, and problem-solving. In this role, you will support critical business decision-making by transforming raw data into actionable insights. You will work closely with senior analysts and key stakeholders to access, clean, analyze, and report on data from multiple systems. The primary tools and platforms used at MSLC include DB2, SQL, Tableau, and SAP BusinessObjects (BO). Your work will help drive data-informed decisions across all lottery operations by supporting the development of predictive models, producing meaningful reports, and ensuring high data quality. A solid foundation in statistics and data interpretation is essential for success in this role.
