Qualitest, the largest quality assurance company in the world, is recruiting for a Data Quality project in partnership with one of the world’s largest tech providers.

Responsibilities:

Data Validation and Cleansing: Conduct regular checks to validate the accuracy and completeness of data. Quality Control Framework Development: Develop and implement data quality standards, policies, and procedures. Root Cause Analysis: Investigate the underlying causes of data quality issues. Work with data engineers and other stakeholders to implement permanent solutions and prevent recurrence of these problems. Data Governance Collaboration: Collaborate with data governance teams to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. Assist in defining data ownership and stewardship to promote accountability. Process Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to improve data collection, storage, and processing workflows. Suggest and implement changes to enhance data quality and streamline data management processes. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of data quality processes, business rules, and quality assurance processes. This ensures that everyone understands the data and how it should be used.

Skills:

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work on multiple projects over the course of a day; Proficiency (C1) in English; Demonstrated ability to work independently; Excellent analytical skills, logical problem solving skills; Creative, out-of-the-box thinking; Experience troubleshooting complex problems; Meticulously high level of attention to detail and accurate documentation of information; Excellent interpersonal, communication and listening skills; High level of cultural sensitivity and awareness to work effectively with diverse teams.
