What will you be doing?
Our data is at the root of everything Circana does. To ensure operational excellence, your responsibilities encompass maintaining high-quality standards in data entry and database production processes while actively supporting weekly production schedules across our EMEA business. This involves analyzing and integrating new data sources, coordinating all related processes for seamless execution, and defining interfaces alongside adapting converters to optimize data handling. You rigorously assess the quality of raw data provided by our partners to ensure reliability. To enhance efficiency, you implement process improvements, standardize workflows, and create detailed specifications for process and production flows, all of which contribute to consistent weekly production outputs. Additionally, you optimize testing methods and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to uphold operational consistency. Through continuous process and quality monitoring, you ensure that all operations align with established benchmarks, fostering a robust and dependable production environment.
Job Responsibilities
Ensuring the quality standard of processes in data entry and database production. Analysis of new data sources, their integration, and coordination of all necessary processes. Definition of interfaces and adaptation of converters. Assessment of the data quality of raw data provided by our partners. Implementation of process improvements and standardization of workflows. Creation of specifications for process flow/production flow. Optimization of testing methods and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures). Process and quality monitoring.Requirements
Educational background (university degree) with numerical leaning Years of experience (up to 3 years) Attention to detail Experience of working with large data sets or experience of EPOS data Advanced Excel must and confident handling of Pivot Tables are an advantage Interest in collaborating on IT projects Programming skills can assist with your tasks Knowledge or interest in SQL or Python or any past programming experience (preferred)Circana Behaviors
