Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Data Analyst / Research Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in SQL, Python, and dashboard development, along with exposure to AWS and Databricks. This role blends data analysis with machine learning engineering to support and enhance our Smart Factory Solutions
Key Responsibilities
· Analyze complex datasets to drive product and business optimization strategies
· Design and maintain dashboards to visualize key metrics and insights
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
· Build and optimize data pipelines using SQL, Python, AWS, and Databricks
· Research and develop machine learning models to enhance smart factory capabilities
· Ensure data quality through cleaning, validation, and transformation
· Communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
· Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in data and ML
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with relevant experience
· 4–6 years of experience in data analysis and data engineering
· Proficiency in SQL and Python
· Experience with dashboard tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar
· Exposure to AWS and Databricks
· Hands-on experience with machine learning tools and frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.)
· Strong problem-solving and independent working skills
· Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Preferred Qualifications
· Certifications in AWS, Databricks, or related technologies
· Familiarity with smart factory systems and industrial automation
· Experience with advanced ML techniques or MLOps tools (e.g., MLflow, SageMaker, etc.)
