The successful candidate will work closely with cross‑functional teams to inform strategy, optimise campaigns, and enhance customer engagement across various markets.
Key ResponsibilitiesTranslate business needs into structured analytical problems and scalable data solutions, working closely with wider team divisions.
Design, write, and optimise SQL queries to support marketing analytics and reporting, leveraging cloud‑based platforms such as Snowflake to work with large datasets.
Create dashboards, reports, and visualisations to communicate findings clearly and support data‑driven decision‑making.
Leverage CRM data (via Salesforce), for segmentation, campaign performance tracking, and reporting use cases.
Contribute to ETL/ELT workflows and data transformation processes, ensuring robust and efficient pipelines.
Ensure data integrity through rigorous validation to maintain accuracy, completeness, and reliability in reporting.
Support data governance and documentation practices, by ensuring documentation, transparency, and accessibility of analytics resources.
