Job Title: Data Analyst
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze large Excel datasets to support inventory replenishment decisionsPrepare proposals for recommended stock order quantities across multiple vendorsCleanse, sort, and consolidate exported ERP dataTransfer data between formats and systems (e.g., CRM to ERP)Navigate and manage file uploads/downloads via platforms like SharePointCollaborate with team members to meet project timelines and deliverablesSupport ERP implementation efforts, including data migration and configurationRequired Skills:
Advanced Excel proficiencyStrong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workExcellent communication and collaboration skillsAbility to work efficiently and meet deadlinesExperience with large file imports/exports and data formattingFamiliarity with ERP systems (e.g., Acumatica, Salesforce)Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with ERP implementation or data migration projectsUnderstanding of accounting principles including:Accruals, provisions, and prepaymentsDeferred revenue and revenue recognitionMonth-end closing and reconciliation processesCanadian GAAP and IFRS standardsExperience with financial reporting and journal entriesFamiliarity with HRIS systems such as ADPSoft Skills:
Self-motivated and adaptableStrong problem-solving and multitasking abilitiesComfortable in dynamic, less-structured environmentsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $60.00/hr.
