Job Description Insight Global is seeking a dedicated Data Analyst our retial client sits in the center of Technologys delivery model and aims to standardize processes and ways of working throughout the technology continuum. This role requires strong analytics skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. As a Data Analyst, you will collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to drive business value and value realization. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience consolidating complex data sets and building dashboard and scorecards to visualize portfolio status and performance. The responsibilities include gathering and consolidating data from various sources such as databases, spreadsheets, and external systems, while ensuring data integrity through regular validation and cleansing. The role involves maintaining and updating data documentation, including data dictionaries and metadata, and performing statistical analysis and data mining to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies. It also requires creating and interpreting data visualizations, reports, and dashboards to effectively communicate findings, as well as preparing detailed reports and presentations that summarize insights and offer recommendations. Additionally, the position supports business improvement by providing actionable insights, collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand data needs, clearly communicating complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and identifying opportunities to enhance data workflows and tools. Skills and Requirements 3-5 years of experience as a Data Analyst, with a proven track record in an analytical role. Minimum 2+ years of experience working technology or related field 2+ years of excel (including VBA, pivot tables, array functions, power pivots) Experience with data visualization tools -PowerBI primarily smartsheet experience or servicenow (SPM tool) Proficiency in data analysis tools and language (e.g., SQL, Python, R) preferred Experience working with data that has alot of wording, will be working heavily with large word contexts and creating executive ready reports so having an eye for design and mocking up views/ideas that simply complex reporting to exec level views are a key asset for us snowflake SQL null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
