Data Analyst
Job Description We are looking for a Data Integrity & Reporting Analyst to support our engineering and customer support teams by ensuring the accuracy and usability of key operational data. This role will focus on auditing and reconciling data inputs from systems like WAVE and AVP, validating changes made by various stakeholders, and cleaning up discrepancies to maintain high data quality. The validated data is critical for model validation, customer-facing reporting, and future product specifications. In addition to data auditing, this role will be responsible for building automated reporting tools and dashboards using Power BI or Spotfire. These tools will consolidate inputs from engineering analysis, PMA data, and AIR data to produce weekly visual reports, including Pareto and waterfall charts. By automating these processes, the analyst will help reduce manual effort across multiple teams, freeing up valuable time and improving overall reporting efficiency. Skills and Requirements Strong experience auditing and reconciling data from multiple sources (e.g., WAVE, AVP). Ability to validate data changes across cross-functional teams (SE, RAD, CS). Proficiency in building dashboards and reporting tools using Power BI or Spotfire. Familiarity with business analytics tools such as R. Strong understanding of data visualization techniques (e.g., Pareto charts, waterfall diagrams). Experience automating manual reporting processes to improve team efficiency. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to data integrity.
