Job Title: Data Analyst

Job Description

The Data Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting system and data enhancements, ensuring the accurate delivery of this data to end users, including Sales & Marketing teams, distributors, dealers, retailers, and consumers. This position primarily focuses on driving progress in data enhancement that powers the company's Part Finder tools, feeding accurate data into the database and connecting parts with the models they fit and parts they replace. Additionally, this role involves maintaining accurate product data and exploring opportunities to streamline and enhance the company's Part Finder tools. You will lead efforts in utilizing AI to optimize data sourcing, delivering a best-in-class part-finding experience for customers.

ResponsibilitiesLead data cleaning projects, converting data sets from various sources such as online data, PDFs, and Excel into formats suitable for upload to the database, while ensuring data accuracy.Compare complex data sets with one another and synchronize them for upload to a single-source database.Evaluate potential new data sources for accuracy and value match.Complete internal audits of product and parts look-up data, ensuring accuracy and collaborating with cross-functional teams to compile data where gaps exist.Contribute to Sustaining Plan implementation to capture and utilize fit-up and cross-reference data from cross-functional teams as products are created and new models are introduced.Load product data, including marketing copy, bullet points, and images, into the product database, utilizing upload templates and updating them as necessary to match upgraded database fields.Update current assortments by region to maintain up-to-date online data and assortment.Collaborate with cross-functional team members to connect and optimize current systems to capture and syndicate product data.Lead opportunity exploration for enhancing Part Finder Tools, data processing, and data scraping using AI.Support Learning Management System implementation with content creation and assist in system launch.Essential SkillsData analysisProficiency in Microsoft ExcelExperience with data entry across multiple systems (PDF, Excel, online websites)Schooling in Data Analytics or 1+ year experience in high-volume data analysisMarketing strategy and analyticsProficiency with pivot tables, VLOOKUP, SAP, and HybrisAdditional Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s Degree with an emphasis in Data Analytics, Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline preferred, or equivalent experience.1 or more years of experience in a product, marketing, or data-related role, or equivalent educational experience.Demonstrated experience handling large amounts of data with strong attention to detail.Data extraction and web scraping ability a plus.Familiarity with and interest in AI capabilities a plus.Problem-solving skills with an analytical approach.Effective written and oral communication skills, capable of expressing oneself clearly in technical and non-technical terms.Creative thinker with the ability to solve problems when faced with unstructured and sometimes messy data sources.Collaborative team player capable of working with globally dispersed teams.Work Environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
