If so, let's start the conversation. **Data Analyst I** Iron Mountain Data Centers is looking to hire a Data Analyst to join our global Data Enablement team. You will take shared responsibility for the execution, planning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and fulfillment of our daily data operations activities. To be effective in this role you will need an eye for detail, ability to think clearly, calmly, and methodically, to collect, aggregate, calculate, assess, and verify accuracy and completeness of data and reporting. A passion to learn, support, and improve critical data center business processes, jobs, pipeline, and tools is necessary along with a basic understanding of data warehousing and data management framework. A willingness to be a team player and to learn, grow, adapt, and consistently deliver quality data to end users will ensure your long-term success. Responsibilities: + Proactively fulfill daily DataOps tasks, activities, and assignments + Drive and coordinate completion of power billing transactional processes as top priority + Own, execute, and coordinate end-to-end delivery of customer-facing reporting + Document and maintain all SOP, how-to guides, work instructions, and procedures + Look for opportunities to continuously improve DataOps documentation, processes, and procedures + Consider ways to add controls that prevent errors and avoid incompleteness or miscalculations + Pursue and establish strong, transparent, and honest communication with all business partners + Provide break-fix and monitoring support for the data warehouse + Create T-SQL queries that fulfill ad hoc data delivery service requests + Assess and remediate issues with data, reports, views, systems and delivery tools + Test and validate data solutions, systems, pipelines, and presentation layer offerings when requested Key Skills, Requirements and Competencies: + 1-2 years of familiarity with data centers, power billing, or data warehousing + 1-2 years of Microsoft T-SQL scripting experience; must be able to create or run basic queries + 1-2 years of systems operations experience directly supporting data warehouse initiatives + Strong knowledge and expertise using and supporting the Microsoft BI stack + Experience acquiring, maintaining, and delivering data and reporting via various tools and platforms + Ability to multitask, pivot, refocus, and thrive in an interrupt-driven support environment + Strong communicator, a positive attitude, and a passion for customer-facing delivery + Make decisions confidently, independently, and assume level-2 responsibility in critical situations + Self manage and organize to multiple tasks with rapidly changing priorities and deadlines + Professional certification or degree in IT discipline or equivalent DWH hands-on experience Category: Information Technology Iron Mountain is a global leader in storage and information management services trusted by more than 225,000 organizations in 60 countries.
