Job Description & Summary

​Data Analyst 

We are looking for a Data Analyst with a passion for people data to join our internal HR Data & Analytics team. You will play a key role in enabling data-informed human capital decisions across the organization where you'll work cross-functionally to design, build, and maintain high-quality data solutions using Workday reporting, Alteryx (or similar ETL tools), Excel and Power BI-turning complex HR data into meaningful insights that drive impact. 
 

What You’ll Do: 

In this role you will work together with five direct colleagues and collaborate in cross-functional teams to identify data-driven optimization opportunities, design dashboards , create impactful reports and cleanse data. Furthermore, you will: 

Analyze current and future technology/process needs and recommend enhancements and solutions; 

Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and data models (DAX, Power Query); 

Prepare and cleanse data using Alteryx for seamless Power BI integration; 

Work with Workday data objects and reporting tools to extract and analyze HR data; 

Conduct deep data analysis and present insights in compelling visual formats; 

Maintain documentation, quality standards, and support process automation; 

Communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders. 
 

What You’ll Bring: 

We seek a candidate with strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. You should also meet most of the qualifications listed below: 

 

Strong Power BI skills (Power Query, DAX, data modeling, performance tuning) 

Experience with Alteryx or similar ETL/data prep tools 

Familiarity with Workday, SAP or other HR core systems reporting and data structures 

Strong communication skills; fluent in English (Dutch is a plus) 
 

Nice to Have: 

Basic knowledge of Python for data processing, automation 

Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis 

Basic experience with Microsoft 365 apps like SharePoint, MS Lists, Power Automate etc.
