Kforce has a client in Irving, TX that is seeking a Data Analyst. The primary purpose is to support with data analytics and reporting capabilities (including but not limited to enhancing our data reporting capabilities, developing analytical solutions, and driving cross-functional insights that power decision-making across the organization). Responsibilities: * Design, automate, and maintain dashboards and recurring performance reports * Monitor and analyze operational KPIs to uncover trends and improvement opportunities * Translate complex business needs into analytics solutions through stakeholder collaboration * Develop analytical solutions and perform data modeling using Python and SQL * Conduct ad hoc analyses to support strategic and operational initiatives * Collaborate with data engineering and IT to enhance pipelines and reporting infrastructure * Document reporting workflows and identify areas for process automation
