Job Specification: Data Analyst
Location: Sheffield, (Hybrid - 3 days onsite)
Function: Strategy, Risk, Data Analytics
Contract working role (inside IR35) / 6 Months contract

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly capable and driven Strategic Data Analyst to support senior leadership with analytical insights across finance, risk, and strategy functions. You will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality models, dashboards, and decision-making tools that directly inform C-suite strategy and operational execution.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain financial and risk models using Excel, VBA, SQL, and Python Create interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Power Query Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions Present data-driven insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders and contribute to high-impact strategic initiatives

Mandatory Skills and Experience

Strong proficiency in the following tools (candidates must demonstrate real project experience): Excel (Advanced) including VBA Power BI and Power Query SQL Python SharePoint
