Kforce has a client that is seeking a Data Analyst to support client initiatives. This role is onsite in Juno Beach, FL.
Key Responsibilities:
Technology Experience Score (TXS) Analytics:
* Analyzing and monitoring TXS and its core metrics, aiming for a score of 90 by 2029
* Use data from ServiceNow, Nexthink, and IT4U to identify trends and insights
Customer Experience Data Integration:
* Aggregating experience data across IT4U, Nexthink, ServiceNow, and surveys to build a comprehensive enterprise view
* Supporting action prioritization through data-driven insights
IT4U Initiative Support:
* Analyzing user behavior and feedback on IT4U to optimize service and reduce desk contacts
* Engaging with monthly IT4U Influencer Forums and developing pertinent communications
Collaboration & Communication:
* Working with service owners, analysts, engineers, and communication teams to translate data into impactful leadership-ready insights
* Promoting a customer-first, data-driven culture within TSO teams
