Description We are looking for a skilled Data Analyst to join our team in Fresno, California. In this Contract-to-permanent position, you will play a vital role in analyzing and interpreting complex datasets to support decision-making and operational improvements. Your expertise in data mining, visualization, and analytics will drive actionable insights and enhance business processes. Responsibilities: • Analyze large datasets using data mining techniques to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights. • Develop and maintain data visualizations and dashboards to support business functions. • Collaborate with the purchasing department to optimize data-driven decision-making processes. • Utilize SQL and Microsoft Excel to manipulate and manage data efficiently. • Work with Sage 100 software to ensure data accuracy and integration. • Create reports and presentations that effectively communicate findings to stakeholders. • Support the Accounting and Purchasing Department • Ensure data compliance and integrity across all business systems. Requirements • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role. • Proficiency in data mining techniques and statistical analysis. • Strong skills in data visualization tools and dashboard creation. • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and SQL. • Familiarity with Sage 100 software and its data management functionalities. • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including purchasing. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Strong communication skills for presenting data insights clearly to stakeholders.
