Kforce is seeking a Data Analyst in support of a communications client based out of Charlotte, NC. Summary: This role requires a strong command of SQL, Python (Pandas), and data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with large datasets, pulling and interpreting KPI reports, identifying anomalies or performance issues, and building dashboards for both internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities: * Extract, clean, and analyze data from various sources to support operational and business initiatives * Write complex, custom SQL queries to retrieve and manipulate large datasets * Use Python with Pandas for data transformation, wrangling, and analysis * Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau and/or Power BI * Conduct in-depth data investigations to surface trends, anomalies, and opportunities * Partner with stakeholders to understand data needs and translate them into actionable insights * Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs), proactively identifying problem areas
