This position is responsible for providing data analysis and business support to the Executive Management, Account Management, Service Delivery and other cross functional teams Responsibilities + Partner with internal client teams for reporting on key trends regarding revenue spend, program volume, speaker utilization, attendance, customer satisfaction etc. + Conduct detail analysis of operational metrics and help measure team performance + Take ownership of existing Excel models (Management Fee reports) and enhance/develop new models to accommodate evolving business needs + Provide analytical support and strategic consulting to internal teams during crisis management, RFPs, contract negotiations and other strategic initiatives + Assist in developing benchmark analysis and identifying key industry trends + Responsible for generating routine and ad hoc reports for internal and external clients + Aggregation and reporting of monthly business metrics to senior management + Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets Competency Requirements + 2+ years experience mining data as Data Analyst + Advanced knowledge of MS Excel + Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (Power BI etc) databases (SQL etc) with the ability to learn other analytic tools + Significant experience in consolidating data from multiple systems + Strong problem solving and analytical skills + Excellent verbal and written communication skills + Ability to evaluate, analyze and visualize large datasets + Attention to detail and accuracy + Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings + Knowledge of pharmaceutical promotional activity is a plus + Proven success in a collaborative, team-oriented environment Other Education, Skills, Experience Desired + Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Computer Science, Finance, Mathematics or Statistics) IQVIA is a leading global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights and healthcare intelligence to the life sciences and healthcare industries.
