This role is essential for analyzing and reporting data to support our operations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis and reporting, with a solid background in Healthcare and Revenue Cycle Management. **Key Responsibilities:** + Perform detailed data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights. + Generate comprehensive reports to support decision-making processes. + Utilize MS Excel and Power BI to create and manage data visualizations and dashboards. + Ability to collaborate with various departments to understand data needs and provide actionable insights. + Communicate findings effectively with all levels of leadership within a matrix organization. + Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reporting activities. **Qualifications:** + Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis and reporting. + Strong background in Healthcare and Revenue Cycle Management. + Mastery of MS Excel and Power BI. + Proven experience in managing within a matrix organization. + Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of leadership. + A proactive mindset focused on achieving excellence and continuous improvement.
