New Contract Alert – Data Analysts (x3) – Local Gov Transformation 🚀

I’m supporting a major transformation programme with a local government in Thames Valley that’s hiring three experienced Data Analysts to drive insight-led service redesign and financial modelling across the organisation.

This is an initial 6-month contract (Inside IR35) with a strong possibility of extension, working 2-3 days a week onsite. You’ll be joining a newly formed Transformation Team focused on delivering a smarter, more cost-effective operating model through systems thinking and data-driven decision-making.

📍 MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE:

Working in a local government or public sector analytics role Handling financial data – including cost-to-serve and flow accounting models Turning complex data into clear insights and dashboards (Power BI/Tableau/Excel) Using SQL, R or Python for data querying and analysis Presenting findings to both technical and non-technical audiences Knowledge of data governance, security policies, and best practices

📍 Location: Hybrid – 2-3 days/week onsite (Thames Valley)
