**About the Role:**
CBRE GWS is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting a data analyst to join the team located in Manilla, Philippines. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping and supporting the full range of administrative and operational services to the Leadership Team on the client's account.
**What You’ll Do:**
+ Assist in collecting, cleaning, and organizing large datasets from various sources.
+ Conduct data analysis using statistical tools to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
+ Create and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize data findings.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver insights.
+ Support the development of data models and assist in data quality assurance.
+ Participate in ad-hoc analysis and projects as needed.
+ Provide administrative support and assist cross-functional teams as needed.
**About you:**
+ Vocational Graduate or Bachelor's Degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience
+ Highly proficient user of the Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
+ Strong proficiency in Excel is required; knowledge of data analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Python is a plus.
+ Confident user of IT systems
+ Effective communicator experienced in delivering excellent customer care to a wide range of stakeholders via telephone and email
+ Ability to effectively manage workload and priorities, multi-task and achieve deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
