Data Analyst
**Job Overview:** The Data Analyst in the Procurement Data Management & Analytics team plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and strategic utilization of procurement data. This position requires a strong foundation in data analysis, Excel, and PowerBI as well as a deep understanding of procurement processes. The analyst will work together with Data Engineers and Data Scientists and will be responsible for working with large datasets, developing actionable insights, and supporting procurement strategies through advanced analytics. **Key Responsibilities** **:** **Data Collection & Preparation** **:** + Gather data from various internal and external sources (e.g. SAP, SQL Server, Cloud Services). + Cleanse, transform, and validate raw data to ensure accuracy and consistency. + Develop deep understanding of processes which produce procurement data. **Analysis & Reporting:** + Compile procurement reports and oversee the generation and quality of scheduled reports. + Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations from scratch using Power BI. **Insight Generation:** + Identify trends, correlations, and key performance indicators to support business strategy. + Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable insights for diverse stakeholders. **Collaboration & Communication:** + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and optimize reporting. + Present analytical results to both technical and non-technical audiences. **Required Skills & Qualifications:** + Education: Bachelor’s degree in BusinessIntelligence, Statistics, Computer Science,Economics or a related field. + Experience: Prior experience in data analysis or a similar analytical role. + Language: Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required. **Technical Skills:** + Proficiency in SQL Server for querying and data manipulation + Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI). + Experience using analytical techniques to find patterns and trends in large datasets. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes. + Familiarity with advanced analytics techniques. + Familiarity working with Data Engineers and Data Scientists. + Procurement or Supply Chain business acumen is a plus.
