Lilly Bengaluru, BI&A (Business Insights & Analytics) team was started in 2017 with the objective of supporting business decisions for the commercial and marketing functions in the US and ex-US affiliates. This team is part of the Lilly Bengaluru - Commercial Services organization and works very closely with business analytics team based in Indianapolis (HQ). The team currently comprises of 300 team members, with varied backgrounds and skills across data visualization, data engineering, analytics, data sciences and market research. The team works across customer segments which include HCPs, Payer and HCOs, Consumer and Med Affairs.
This role is for a Data Analyst in the Personalization Analytics team, specifically focusing on building pre- & post-personalization analytics tools using 1st party data. The team analyses data to help measure, inform and advise on personalized journeys and experiences we are trying to enable for our customers (across HCP, consumer and medical affairs) to create the best in any class customer experience.
Core Responsibilities:
Collaborate with brand, marketing, product, IT and other stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide data driven solutionsShare findings from analysis along with recommendations to a wide variety of business and technical stakeholdersExtract actionable insights from customer engagement data (web, digital & clinical) to improve marketing strategies, customer experiences, and business processes.Help with the implementation of predictive models used to make real-time decisions with the Adobe Orchestration tools (RT-CDP/AJO)Measure the performance of personalized customer experiences, and identify and recommend opportunities for refinement and optimizationEmbrace a product mindset to drive efficiency and scale within analyticsStay up to date in the ever-changing ad-tech/mar-tech ecosystem and identify areas to drive more data driven thinking throughout the organizationRequired
4-8 years of relevant experienceHands-on experience with SQL. Working knowledge of R or Python are good to have but not mandatoryDemonstrated history of breaking down unstructured business problems and translating them to more tangible problem-solving approachesExperience in gathering business requirements, transforming data and preparing readout and recommendation narratives from Analytics to share with Business usersProven experience working with Customer Data Platforms (CDP) or Data Management Platform (DMP) or CRM tool is preferredStrong working knowledge of visualization tools (PowerBI preferred)Comfort with ambiguity and a willingness to work with a high degree of autonomyDemonstrated experience working in cross-functional, cross-geography teamsPreferred Qualifications
