We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Data Analyst to join our Sustainability Analytics team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our sustainability and safety reporting efforts, responsible for developing, implementing, and managing robust data and reporting frameworks. Your role will play an important part in driving our commitment to sustainability and safety.
The preferred location for this position is Espoo, Finland, and we are happy to offer flexible working arrangements, including hybrid options.
Team you belong to
The Sustainability Analytics team is the steward of official sustainability reporting, aligning with the corporate sustainability and safety teams. Our experts are dedicated to leveraging data to drive sustainability initiatives forward.
What you’ll do
Gather, organize, transform, and analyze relevant qualitative and quantitative data from various internal and external sources. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across the company. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and the analyst network. Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, engaging, and concise manner.
Who you are
Master's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with data. A few years of experience in gathering, organizing, and analyzing data from various sources. Experience in ERP, SQL, and Power BI is a plus. Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey findings and recommendations effectively. Strong networking abilities, being comfortable in building relationships with stakeholders. Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
