As a Data Insights Analyst, AI Engineering on the Operational Analytics & Insights team, you’ll work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment to develop data-driven solutions to Spectrum’s business problems. You’ll have the unique opportunity to leverage and work with cutting-edge AI technologies, including real-time transcriptions and other advanced AI applications. WHAT OUR DATA INSIGHTS ANALYSTS ENJOY MOST

Defining clear business requirements for data analysis projectsProviding metrics definition, data visualizations, and Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) requirementsExtracting engineer data for analysisInterpreting data, formulating hypotheses, and developing an analytical approach to meet business requirementsUsing advanced visualization tools like Tableau, PowerBI, Streamlit, and Excel, to create reports for customersObtaining new reference data sources required to deliver on business needsUsing data visualization and presentations to communicate results and make recommendationsCreating analyses and dashboards that are usable, elegant, and industry-leading

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUM

Required Qualifications

Experience:
Relevant technical or business work experience: 5 years or moreEducation:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or related field, or equivalent experienceTechnical skills:
Demonstrated proficiency of advanced analytics processes and reporting design principlesProficiency in Python and SQLExpertise in data extracting, transforming, and loading (ETL)Hands-on experience in designing and developing AI solutions using Microsoft Azure ML, Databricks, AWS, Redshift, and FabricExpertise in integrating and working with APIsExpertise in data visualization, dashboarding, and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Streamlit, and DatabricksAbilities:
Make decisions and solve problems while working under pressureDemonstrated understanding of design and implementation practices within data visualization toolsEfective written and verbal communication skills


Preferred Qualifications:

Experience:
Large Language Models (LLMs) (finetuning, retraining, and prompt engineering) Working with text data including Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques such as tokenization, sentiment analysis, and text classificationSkills:
Proficient in documenting business and technical requirements for various projectsAbilities:
Explain complex statistical/data-related concepts to non-technical audience

The base pay for this position generally is between $75,200.00 and $120,000.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
