We are currently seeking a Data & AI Sales Leader, Strategic Partners to join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States (US). **Job Summary:** We’re seeking an experienced Partner GTM/Sales Leader to drive growth with our strategic partners and revenue growth within NTT DATA’s Data & AI practice. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of accelerating sales with key technology partners, such as Snowflake, Microsoft, GCP, Databricks, OpenAI, Nvidia and other leading Data & AI companies. This role requires a unique blend of sales acumen, leadership skills, and cross-functional collaboration to drive business outcomes and achieve revenue targets. **Key Responsibilities:** **Develop and Execute Alliance GTM Strategy for Data & AI Practice** : Develop and execute a comprehensive alliance GTM strategy to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and enhance NTT Data’s competitive positioning in the Data & AI space. **Lead North American Alliance GTM Teams for Data & AI Practice** : Lead and manage a team of alliance GTM/sales specialists across North America, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure the team’s success and achievement of business outcomes. **Technical Depth** – Background in Data or AI technologies to be able to understand the various technologies composed in solutions of our partners **Manage and Grow sales with strategic Partners** : Foster and maintain strong relationships with key sales teams of leading Data & AI companies, to drive joint business initiatives, identify new opportunities, and resolve conflicts. **Sales Led helping to drive Business Outcomes** : Develop and implement plans to drive business outcomes, including revenue growth, customer acquisition, and market share expansion, with strategic partners. **Manage a Portfolio of $80MM** : Oversee a portfolio of alliance-related revenue, ensuring achievement of revenue targets, and identifying opportunities for growth and expansion. **Identify, Pursue, and Sell New Opportunities** : Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and potential alliance partners, and develop strategies to expand NTT Data’s presence across NA regions. **Collaborate with Internal Stakeholders** : Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including client team, alliance leaders, delivery, marketing, and product teams, to ensure effective execution of alliance sales strategies and achievement of business outcomes. **Requirements:** + **12+ years of experience** in sales, or business development with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and business outcomes through strategic partnerships in the Data & AI space. + **10+ years of experience working with key technology partners** , such as Snowflake, Microsoft, GCP, Databricks, and other leading Data & AI companies. + **8+ years of strong sales acumen** and ability to drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships. **Nice to Have:** + **Leadership skills** and ability to lead cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, delivery, and product teams, as well as alliance professionals across North America. + **Excellent communication and interpersonal skills** , with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partner executives and internal stakeholders. + **Strategic thinking** and ability to develop and execute comprehensive alliance strategies. + **Experience in the Data & AI industry** , with a focus on cloud, data analytics, or artificial intelligence. + **MBA or advanced degree** , with a focus on business, marketing, or sales. + **Certifications or training** in alliance management, sales, or business development. \#USSalesJobs \#DAAI **About NTT DATA** NTT DATA is a $30 billion trusted global innovator of business and technology services.
