We are looking for a new member of our Data Activation team!
The Data Activation team at Procter & Gamble delivers valuable insights and fosters a culture of data-driven decision-making. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about implementing data solutions across all areas of the business to enhance productivity, as well as those who can drive constructive changes to existing processes.
As a Senior Manager of Data Tools Adoption, you will play an important role in shaping strategies that resonate with consumers across various channels. You'll create tailored data solutions and dashboards and analyze data to provide actionable insights and recommendations. Your efforts will help to identify business opportunities and drive a culture of data-driven decision-making. Join us to make a meaningful impact in business development in innovative ways!
Responsibilities
Create customized data solutions and dashboards for specific business needs using Power BI (DAX), MS Excel, Power apps, etc
Analyze data and provide recommendations/summaries to business owners
Generate insights from data to identify business opportunities
Develop methodological recommendations for calculating business indicators
Lead and participate in educational sessions to drive culture of data-based decision making

Job Qualifications
The job requires you to be based in Moscow (or you should be ready to move to Moscow with the company's support)
A higher education diploma
Good command of English (Upper-Intermediate/B2 or higher level)
More than 2 years of expertise in data analytics or sales
Deep understanding of business KPIs in FMCG industry
Strong analytical skills and ability to gain actionable insights from data
Proven record of creating data solutions for business partners
Project management skills will be an advantage
Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, DAX
Basic understanding of cloud technologies and UX/UI principles
Proven leadership skills and out-of-the-box thinking, discipline in excellent plan execution
Readiness for a full-time work schedule (40 hours per week)
