Dangerous Goods Analyst

We are seeking a Dangerous Goods Analyst who is responsible for daily run and maintain activities involving regulatory data, system processes, and utilization of tools to deliver timely and effective solutions. Ensures continued compliance and efficiencies within the Dangerous Goods Space by collaborating with the Dangerous Goods network and business partners.

What You’ll Do:

Builds trust and fosters strong partnerships with internal teams and key stakeholders.Perform Material Data Governance Process Requests (Including CMT, MRDB, MDG)Create, maintain, and analyze regulatory Dangerous Goods data in SAP.Identify and initiate Management of Change requests when DG classification change is required.Identify and troubleshoot regulatory data issues.Provide guidance on processes, documentation, and labelling requirements for Dangerous Goods according to Global/Country regulations.Perform and review transportation classifications for CP and Biologicals products, intermediates, and R&D.Collaborate with other workstreams including but not limited to Supply Chain, Artwork and Labelling, Packaging, and Planning.Gain a comprehensive understanding of biologicals products, and ensure compliance, including managing data entry and maintenance tasks across multiple systems.Provide additional support for product compliance activities within the CP Compliance team, as needed.

What Skills You Need:

BS degree in chemistry, biology, or related scientific field or Business/ IT field or equivalent experience.Current and valid regulatory certifications in 49CFR, TDG, IATA, IMDG, Preferred.Agricultural business and/or Transportation/Dangerous Goods ExperienceDevelop/Proficient in ERP Product Compliance functionality, as well as other modules for orders, deliveries and how they integrate with Product Compliance.Excellent collaboration skills, including both written and oral.Detail oriented – close attention to detail and minor changes.Focus on Customers – builds strong relationships and delivers customer-centric solutions.Adaptive to shifts and changes in priorities.Proficiency using MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint is necessary along with the aptitude to utilize other internal IT systems as needed. Problem-solving skills to identify, determine and provide solutions.Continuous improvement mindset
