Overview JOB SUMMARY We are seeking a skilled and committed hospitality professional to ensure the smooth operation of our Dandelion Marketplace. This position will ensure the service standards and procedures are consistently applied, to ensure employee and guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate would enjoy leading and developing employees and working in a fast-paced environment. This role will ensure that Dandelion is consistently providing the highest level of guest service in accordance with our standards, while meeting and exceeding guest expectations. Additionally, the Supervisor would be responsible to work along side the general manager to oversee and train employees. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES The primary responsibilities for the Supervisor include but are not limited to: Work with the General Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations Maintain a professional and approachable manner on the floor for our guests and employees Serve as a coach and problem-solver for employees while acting as the main communication bridge between the team and the General Manager Work with the General Manager to ensure standards of cleanliness are upheld Guide and train employees in all roles within Dandelion Including but not limited to coffee bar, POS, merchandising, cleaning, and customer service Ensure that operations are carried out productively to maximize profitability and sustainable growth Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties and/or delegated tasks Listen to employee concerns and resolve problems in a timely manner Handle customer feedback and complaints with professionalism, empathy, and grace Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and implement disciplinary actions when necessary Qualifications Experience: Must have at least (3) or more years of experience in a food & beverage and/or retail experience. Luxury Environment experience is preferred. JOB QUALIFICATIONS In addition to performance of key responsibilities, this position may be required to possess a combination of the following skills and experiences: Demonstrated ability to work cohesively with a team Must be self-directed, motivated and demonstrate exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills Must have organizational and time management skills Must create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture Ability to communicate effectively in the English language, both verbally and in writing.
