D365 Service Delivery Manager.
This role is an excellent opportunity for candidates who are keen to contribute to the Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement & Finance and Operations team while driving meaningful change and innovation.

Hybrid (2 days a week, South Tyneside)

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the delivery of D365 Customer Engagement and Finance & Operations projects, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product efficiency and effectiveness.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client communications and expectations.
- Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement within the service delivery process.
- Monitor project progress and resolve issues promptly to maintain optimal service delivery.

Experience:

- Strong knowledge of D365 CE or F&O
- Experience managing service delivery for Dynamics 365 CE and F&O
- Well-versed in project management with the ability to lead project sprints.
- Excellent analysis, problem solving and collaboration skills

Starting Salary - up to £77k dependant on experience.
