Through pre-emptive service incident and resolution activities, as well as product reviews, operational improvements, operational practices, and quality assurance this role will maintain a high level of service to clients. The primary objective of this role is to ensure zero missed service level agreement (SLA) conditions. The Managed Services Cross Technology Engineer (L3) is responsible for managing tickets of high complexity, conducts advanced and complicated tasks, and provides resolution to a diverse range of complex problems. This position uses considerable judgment and independent analysis within defined policies and practices and applies analytical thinking and deep technical expertise in achieving client outcomes, while coaching and mentoring junior team members across functions. The Managed Services Cross Technology Engineer (L3) focusses across two or more technology domains such as (but not limited to) Cloud, Security, Networking, Applications and / or Collaboration and may also contribute to / support on project work as and when required. **What you'll be doing** **Key Responsibilities:** + Ensures that hands-on experience supporting and developing Dynamics AX2012 R2, R3 and D365 F&O ERP + Minimum of 9 Years in Technical Consulting + Experience in X++, MorphX and SSRS + Experience in D365 F&O customizations + Knowledge and work experience on D365 F&O – Data entities, SSRS framework, and LCS Deployments Should have been involved in Designing technical solutions/ coding/ testing/ implementation and maintenance of Dynamics AX ERP. + Knowledge and work experience on Microsoft SQL Server + Knowledge and work experience on the DIFX framework + Source code version control experience with TFS/Azure DevOps + Knowledge of code deployment and maintenance activities + Reports and escalates issues to 3rd party vendors if necessary. + May manage and implement projects within technology domain, delivering effectively and promptly per client agreed upon requirements and timelines. + Performs any other related task as required. + Experience in Dynamics installations and/or upgrades + Ability to translate theoretical and practical industry experience to creatively address client business/application requirements. + Advanced skills in MS SQL Server will be an advantage. + Azure technology will be an advantage (basic Azure admin knowledge) + MS Excel Intermediate Level will be an advantage. + Basic knowledge of other Microsoft Office tools is a requirement. **Knowledge and Attributes:** + Ability to communicate and work across different cultures and social groups. + Ability to plan activities and projects well in advance, and takes into account possible changing circumstances. + Ability to maintain a positive outlook at work. + Ability to work well in a pressurized environment. + Ability to work hard and put in longer hours when it is necessary. + Ability to apply active listening techniques such as paraphrasing the message to confirm understanding, probing for further relevant information, and refraining from interrupting. + Ability to adapt to changing circumstances. + Ability to place clients at the forefront of all interactions, understanding their requirements, and creating a positive client experience throughout the total client journey. **Academic Qualifications and Certifications:** + Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in IT/Computing (or demonstrated equivalent work experience). + Certifications relevant to the services provided (certifications carry additional weightage on a candidate’s qualification for the role). + Relevant certifications include (but not limited to) - + Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Apps Developer + Development, Extensions and Deployment for Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations + Microsoft Dynamics 365: Finance and Operations Apps Developer + Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Apps Solution Architect Expert + Microsoft Dynamics AX Development Introduction + Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamental + MS SQL Database Development and Database Administration + Azure Administrator Associate **Required Experience:** + Seasoned Managed Services experience handling complex cross technology in D365 F&O and AX2012. + Seasoned experience required in Application Development and Support within a medium to large IT organization. + Seasoned working knowledge of ITIL processes. + Seasoned experience working with vendors and/or 3rd parties. **Workplace type** **:** Hybrid Working **About NTT DATA** NTT DATA is a $30+ billion trusted global innovator of business and technology services.
