Job description
We are seeking an enthusiastic Dynamics 365 Support Analyst to join a growing Microsoft partner and service provider. This hybrid role (office attendance required during probation) will see you supporting clients across Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform, handling day-to-day support requests, troubleshooting issues, and assisting with project work. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has supported or customised CRM systems and wants to progress toward consultancy or development.
Roles and Responsibilities
As a Dynamics 365 Support Analyst, you will:

Log, manage, and resolve customer requests and issues in line with defined SLAs.
*
Troubleshoot and diagnose support issues across on-premise and cloud environments.
*
Configure and customise Dynamics 365 fields, forms, workflows, and security settings.
*
Work with Power Platform tools such as Power Automate and Power Apps.
*
Assist with project work, including new implementations and system improvements.
*
Support onboarding of new customers and identify potential opportunities during your work.
*
Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders, keeping them informed throughout the process.
Skills and Qualifications
We are looking for candidates with:
*
Experience with Dynamics 365 customisation, including fields, forms, business rules, workflows, and security.
*
Data handling experience, including exporting, validating, and reimporting data.
*
Around 2 years' experience in a desktop support or similar IT support role.
*
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
*
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a small team.
Desirable skills:
*
Experience with Power Apps and Power Automate.
*
Knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft 365/Entra configuration.
*
Basic programming skills or interest in learning JavaScript, C#, React, HTML, or CSS.
*
Microsoft certification badges (e.g., PL-200, PL-400) advantageous.
