D&T Product Sr Manager Job ID 224719 Posted 19-Jun-2025 Service line Corporate Segment Role type Full-time Areas of Interest Digital & Technology/Information Technology Location(s) Richardson - Texas - United States of America **About The Role:** As a CBRE D&T Product Sr. Manager for AI/ML, you will oversee a small team that builds products based on sophisticated user needs, business objectives, and advanced technical feasibility mostly in the AI/ML domain. This job is part of the Product Management job function. They are responsible for the planning, design, and implementation of products and product extensions during all life cycle stages. As a Product Manager for AI/ML, you are expected to keep yourself updated of the latest in AI/ML domain, evaluate business opportunities and be able to identify the right use case for application of AI/ML. You will work with the Data Science team in the implementation of solutions and in partnership with the business validate the solution and monitor adoption and benefits. **What You'll Do:** + Provide formal supervision to employees. Manage the training and development of staff. Conduct performance evaluations, coaching, and mentorship. Oversee the recruiting and hiring of new employees. + Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff. Set and track staff and department timelines. Mentor and coach as needed. + Ensure all products meet the expectations and requirements of the end user. + Define sophisticated user stories, acceptance criteria, and other product requirements. Communicate requirements to the development team. + Work closely with Sr. designers, Sr. engineers, and Sr. business professionals in a collaborative environment to build strategic, product roadmaps. + Identify and define ongoing advanced product features that align with business strategy. + Provide regular updates to key partners. + Coordinate the daily Agile process. This includes daily scrum sessions, demos, and testing activities. + Apply a broad knowledge of the business, own subject area, and how own discipline integrates with collaborators to achieve team and departmental objectives. + Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Influence others to adopt a different point of view while being guided by policies and departmental plans. + Identify and tackle technical and operational problems of complexity. + Understand and recognize the broader impact across the department. + Improve and change existing methods, processes, and standards within the job discipline. **What You'll Need:** To perform this job successfully, an individual will need to perform each crucial duty satisfactorily. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. + Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and recognizing performance and retention is preferred. + Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations, and solve problems. + Leadership skills to empower the team to achieve broad operational targets with impacts on own job subject area, multiple job fields, and department. + In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. + Extensive organizational skills and an inquisitive approach. + Intermediate math skills.
