Activities:

Define and lead the technology agenda in the MarTech domain Develop and implement IT Strategy into Marketing and B2C functions, aligned with enterprise architecture Translate business challenges into actionable digital/process solutions Manage internal and external development teams, ensuring projects/product quality & security, identifying risks and implications Collaborate with stakeholders to define & document business requirements Oversee project delivery, operations and service management Inspire innovation pipeline internally and with external solution vendors, ensuring HEINEKEN is ahead of the curve.  

Requirements:

English (advanced) Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Business, or related fields, with Digital Marketing knowledge (course, program, postgraduate, etc. 5–10 years of experience in technology, preferably in B2C or FMCG domains Understand topics of UX/UI design and prototyping tools, web development, SEO, Google Analytics, Salesforce Marketing platforms and Gen AI Experience in agile methodologies, DevOps, SCRUM Agile mindset, make smart & fast decisions Stakeholder management & negotiation Data driven & solution focused Leading multidisciplinary teams
