Our client, a leading manufacturer in the beverage industry, is seeking Production Associates to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will be part of a dynamic team supporting the production of popular beverage products. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to quality, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Associate

Location: Austin, IN

Pay Range: $15 per hour

Shift: 5am-5pm or 5pm - 5:30am Rotating days and weekends

What's the Job?

Work as part of a team making products across various departments Ensure production lines are functioning properly and assist in loading cans and bottles onto the line. Conduct quality checks to ensure labels are correct and products meet company standards. Adhere to safety protocols by wearing required safety gear including steel-toed shoes, safety vest, safety glasses, and earplugs. Be prepared to work every other weekend, with a rotating schedule of 36 hours one week and 48 hours the next.

What's Needed?

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a production or manufacturing environment. High School diploma or GED required. Ability to work 12-hour shifts and weekends as needed. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality checks. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely. Ability to meet background check & drug screen
