Your Role:You will contribute to the overall success of our Syngo RSC service operation by maximizing customer loyalty through providing maximum system uptime and delivering the highest quality support and customer service experience.You will provide support (onsite and remote) for installation, maintenance, troubleshoot and repair all D&A portfolio and eHealth activities to ensure uptime target is met.You will coordinate with Regional and Global team for all service activity related and monitor update for Syngo is performed.You will be the Cybersecurity person in charge to ensure no malware and virus is interface with the Siemens Healthineers products.You will maintain all archiving Syngo process and handover.You will coordinate with hospital IT and third-party vendor to solve any problem with Internet, software and hardware of Syngo.You will be responsible for SRS connectivity and ensure RUH ready is meeting the annual target.
Your Expertise:Good understanding of PACS, RIS and HIS.Proficient understanding of Syngo portfolio and networking.Bachelor in Electronics and Electrical or Information Technology would be preferred. Advanced technical skills, knowledge, and abilities to troubleshoot, work on, and repair multiple SYNGO Healthcare IT systems and applications as well as established third party OEM business partners' solutions and system interfaces.Experienced professional in Healthcare IT, PACS (Cardiology, Radiology, and Enterprise), RIS, VNA, and etc.
