As a Cytotechnologist, you will play a vital role in patient care by performing and interpreting high-complexity cytology testing used in the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of disease.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform cytology laboratory testing, including pre-analytical processes, in accordance with SOPs and accreditation standardsConduct and evaluate quality control procedures on tests, equipment, reagents, and mediaImplement corrective actions to ensure accuracy and reliability of patient resultsWhat You’ll Need

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree- Cytotechnologist or a related field

Experience:

1–2 years of relevant experience in a clinical or laboratory setting

Certification:

ASCP Cytotechnologist Certification (Required)

Registry Rate: $41.75 per hour 

Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
