The buildings, rendered with natural materials and iconic angular silhouettes, are the work of master architect Homer A. Rissman. Set on a 10-acre campus, it is an incomparable property for both its city access and sense of complete retreat. Overview We are looking for an energetic and inspiring Cycle Instructor to lead dynamic indoor cycling classes at The Club & Spa at Flamingo Resort & Spa. The ideal candidate brings a passion for fitness, a strong sense of rhythm, and the ability to motivate and energize participants of all levels in a safe, upbeat, and results-driven environment. Key Responsibilities: Design and lead high-energy indoor cycling classes tailored to a variety of fitness levels Deliver motivating instruction synchronized with music and cadence Demonstrate proper cycling techniques and ensure participant safety at all times Provide modifications and encouragement to support members of all abilities Maintain a clean, organized, and safe cycling studio environment Arrive early to set up and greet participants; stay afterward to answer questions and provide feedback Promote upcoming classes, special events, and club programs Assist in bike maintenance checks and reporting any equipment issues Represent the club with a professional and positive attitude Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; additional fitness or exercise-related education is a plus Indoor Cycling Certification (e.g., Schwinn, Spinning®, Les Mills RPM, Stages, or equivalent) required CPR/AED certification (or willing to obtain upon hire) Prior group fitness or indoor cycling instruction experience preferred Strong communication, music selection, and interpersonal skills Ability to energize and inspire diverse member groups Punctual, reliable, and team-oriented Compensation Range The compensation for this position is $45.00/Hr. - $55.00/Hr. based on qualifications and experience.
