**Cycle Instructor, Bold Cycle** _Work Mode: Onsite_ **Location: ** Kohler, WI **Opportunity** Our Bold Cycle team supports a welcoming community of riders as they get loud, sweaty and fit together with indoor cycling as it should be. Join our innovative team of well-being gurus and help our guests find a balanced, community-based approach to health. Specific responsibilities include: + Teaches scheduled classes, beginning and ending on time; provides adequate warm-up, stretching, and cool down. + Prepares appropriate equipment, music, and handouts for each class. + Assists patrons, answers questions, and maintains a positive exercise experience for members and class participants. + Keeps management informed of customer and facility needs. + Ensures that safety standards are met, and that department and facility policies are adhered to. + Serve as a substitute instructor as needed. + Performs related duties as required. This is a part time opportunity, working weekdays and weekends. Classes will vary between 5:00am and 7:30pm. **Skills/Requirements** + Group Fitness, Cycling, or equivalent license/certification required + Some cycle instructor experience required + Must be at least 18 years old to apply. + Knowledge of group fitness teaching strategies and the incorporation of music, tempo, cueing technique, and rhythm. + Ability to be professional and motivate class participants. + Ability to cooperate and work well with other staff members. **_Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future._** _The competitive commission range for this position + tips/gratuity may be influenced by a variety of factors._ **Why Work at Kohler Co.?** Kohler Co.'s mission is to contribute to a higher level of gracious living for those who are touched by our products and services.
