Cycle Counter-2
Perform duties to verify system inventory, in-house and outside processed materials. 1. Conduct daily physical/weight counts of raw, WIP and finished goods material as specified by the cycle count program. 2. Enter inventory findings into database and perform cycle recounts when necessary. 3. Work with production and the planning team to analyze and adjust inventory discrepancies. 4. Participate in the annual physical inventory process. 5. Assist planning in locating obsolete inventory on the production floor. 6. Research SAP COGI output errors, and work with production and planning to correct errors. 7. Assist production with system transaction issues. 8. Fill-in on the Shipping/Receiving docks as necessary. Must possess intermediate computer skills and have an understanding of an ERP system as used in a manufacturing environment. Must also be a certified tow motor operator. Follow safety rules and keep work area in a clean and orderly condition. Perform other related duties as assigned.
