The Logistics Supervisor will ensure the availability, integrity, and traceability of the raw materials necessary for the efficient operation of the plant through precise, safe management aligned with quality, safety, and productivity standards.

What will you do?Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirementsCyclical counts plan and its executionLead root causes investigation and obtain actions from different teams inside the factory to find the solutions and mitigate future incidentsDevelopment of personnelMeet corporate policies

What will you need to succeed?

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or relatedMinimum 3 years of experience in Warehouse/Supply Chain roles in a manufacturing environmentExperience managing inventories in factoriesAt least 1 year of experience in people managementIntermediate EnglishWarehouse management systems such as SAP
